• Our rental assessment service offers you general advice on the current state of the market, a service which is free of charge.
• A member of our experienced staff will visit you at the property and discuss possible rental value, update you on all the current safety regulations, answer any questions you may have and also advise on any improvements that could help enhance the marketability of your investment.
• We have an extensive range of contacts within the UK and abroad, most of whom include large blue chip companies and Relocation Agents.
• We offer three different types of services as we understand that different Landlords have different requirements; Tenant Find Only, Rent collection and Full Management, all of which can be explained in more detail by phone or appointment.
• Once instructed, your property will be advertised as widely as possible, including at least two different websites, various local publications such as the Property Weekly newspaper and will be distributed to all of our corporate contacts and private applicants.
• Lastly, as we are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), you can rest assured that you are dealing with an honest and upfront letting agent, something on which we pride ourselves.
